• Project data - website URLs you submit, scraped branding metadata (title, colours, logos), widget settings, and share tokens.
• Knowledge base content - pages and documents discovered from sitemaps or URLs you add, synced to chatbot providers.
• Usage data - product interaction logs, approximate device/browser information, and diagnostic events needed to run and secure the Service.
• Session cookies - authentication cookies and an anonymous session cookie used to restore and later claim preview projects.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide branded chatbot previews, customisation, and share links.
• Sync knowledge-base content and operate analytics/transcript features.
• Authenticate users, manage teams/invites, and claim anonymous projects.
• Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate about the Service, pilots, and (when enabled) billing.

4. Sharing and subprocessors

We use trusted providers to host infrastructure, authentication (including Supabase), and conversational AI / knowledge features (including Voiceflow). Those providers process data on our instructions to deliver the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Share links

If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view the branded preview and related project metadata exposed on that page. Treat share links like passwords for preview access.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and anonymous project continuity. Disabling cookies may prevent login or project restore. Analytics cookies, if introduced later, will be described here.

7. Retention

We retain account and project data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. Transcript retention settings in the product may limit how long conversation history is kept where that feature is enabled. Unclaimed preview projects may be deleted by platform operators.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a cloud SaaS preview service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. International transfers

Providers may process data in New Zealand and other countries. Where transfers occur, we take steps consistent with applicable law to protect personal information.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below. You may close your account or stop using the Service at any time.

11. Children

The Service is intended for organisational and professional use, not for children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us so we can delete it.
